About me

I'm a functional medicine wellness coach who embraces a holistic approach to well-being. My journey into health and wellness began with a personal quest for balance and vitality, driven by an autoimmune disease. This experience led me to explore functional medicine, positive psychology and ancient wisdom traditions to unlock the keys to optimal health.

I believe that true wellness goes beyond just hitting the gym or treating symptoms. It's about integrating mind, body and soul for lasting results. With this perspective, I've designed workshops and classes that blend yoga with key pillars of wellness. I see yoga as a moving meditation, and when paired with healthy habits, it can create remarkable transformations.

In recent years, I've expanded my knowledge to include menopause, a vital yet often neglected aspect of women's health. I'm dedicated to helping myself and my clients navigate this journey with strength, knowledge, and confidence.

Rather than just "putting out fires," I focus on helping people build lifelong habits that enhance their quality of life. It's incredibly fulfilling to witness participants leave my sessions feeling more energized and motivated, thanks to a blend of mental, physical and emotional practices. My goal is to empower individuals to achieve their best selves, addressing not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.

My qualifications

One of the most thrilling things for me in life is to expand my knowledge and practise. With a burning desire to explore more, I completed several internationally acclaimed trainings in the field of functional medicine, wellness, coaching and yoga. Many more on the way and hoping none will be the end game.
